DEAR MAYU

Part 2 – Uninvited Guest

Late night in 2011 ago..

It was 11:24 pm now but Mayu still had no desire to stop surfing in internet. Even though she also opens her social networking sites there, she had no willing to online or in other words she just used offline's position so that if there was somebody online there, they must have thought she was not there. To be honest, she was not in the mood to talk online with anyone tonight. 

She should go to bed. She even, somehow, was able to hear the 'pshycic voice' from the mattress which accompanied by the pillows, bolsters, and blankets thick, right next to her desk, trying to call her to get to sleep soon. But somehow, she felt that she just needed to stay awake tonight. Probably at least until the end of the year. 

"Meow ~,"

Mayu looked down, there was Hitam (mean : Black), a cat which was born and usually hanging around at her house, and she oftenly gave it food till almost be called as her pet as well. Hitam mewed and stroked her foot, hope for spoil by her. 

"Oh, you, Tam." Said Mayu, stroking the cat with her feet while her hands are busy typing on her laptop keyboard. 

 "Meow ~" said Hitam, who looked happy with the patting in its head. 

Mayu smile. But either because the smile that is too thin or something, the smile suddenly vanished even less than a second later.

"Uh, wait a minute ..." Mayu realized. This one looked at the cat with suspicion, "You ... how did you get in?"Mayu felt curios. She never let this cat or any other stray cats which are also often hang out at her house came into the house freely. She usually just let them to play around the terrace, above the roof or the garden. Except to Hitam, because it was born in her garage, she gives a little more freedom. So unlike the other cats, Hitam can get into the house. Although it is only when she is on the mood and at home. And when it's night, after feeding, she take Hitam out immediately. Then close all entrances, including windows. 

Tap tap tap ... 

It was vague but obvious, but Mayu heard someone walking in her house. Her parent? They're back? 

No! No way!

Mayu doubt that, 99.99%. It's too quiet. If they were really already home. They usually also would have to make the excitement even before it went into the house. 

Who? A tief? 

Tap tap tap ... 

Mayu felt curius. Her feeling began to feel uneasy. And even a bad feeling began to whisper in her ear. So she played her laptop for a while before she finally left with not close it. Then she carefully took her 'shinai' that she purposely bought for her cosplay fun one day and walked to the door of her room. 

Tap!

The noise stops. It was stop right in front of her private's room door. And Mayu had prepared with her wooden sword in the basic fighthing style. She tried to hold her breath and her heart which had been pounding since it. She must be calm. She should not be hasty. Because if she was wrong to take action. She would...

April 2012 ... 

Hey ... Yu! If i die ... will you cry for me? 

Deg!

Mayu shocked. What the hell!? she confused. Why do I need to remember her again??! 

"Yu? Whats up?"Akito felt curios because Mayu suddenly silent. 

"Mm?" 

"Whats up, you silent suddenly?" 

"..." 

"?" 

 "I, i ..."

"Ya?" Akito listened intently. Moreover, because Mayu made a face that was so serious so it was so difficult for Akito not to worry. 

"Aaa ..." 

"Yeah, what?!" Akito demanded and more curious. 

"I forgot! My laundries had already picked up or not, huh?" Said Mayu while a look of confusion. She completely forgot, forgot about her cloths which she dried in her garden. Although it's obviously not her true reason which made her to be quiet in the first place. 

"Argh ......! Just your laundries that you are thinking!" Akito upset because the wrong idea. 

"Eh? But how if rain coming??"

"Don't you love the rain?" Akito piercing right on target.

"Not if we're talking about my laundries." 

"Well, thats your bussiness. Who ask you to forgot. After all ... there are your parents at home, right?"

 "... They will take long time to come home." Mayu replied, frowning. 

…They even never come home since a long time! Well ... if only you know...

She continued in the hearts and smiles quietly. 

Akito did not know about it. Mayu was never told and did not want to tell it to Akito. Ok, they have be friend for a long time. But even though they are friends, that’s not mean to know everything, right?

 "Ah, never mind! Anyway, it’s sunny in the outside so I think it'll not rain."

Mayu doubt, "Ah, really? Hey, sir, this is Medan."

"I'm not a 'sir'." 

Whatever ...

Mayu end up laughing, "Ah, whatever. Mmm ... by the way ... the order, really, why still not coming, ya?" 

"Hm? ... Mmm ...well, you're right ..."Akito began to think of her hunger because of it.

"Not your order. But mine ... Yours, mah! The Portion of the war like that, no wonder, if take longer." 

"Oh ... you really wanna me beat you, huh ...?" Akito began to lose her patience. This kid really make her annoyed! Need to be beaten so she conscious, huh! 

"Oops! Peace ... peace ... just kidding, just kidding ..." 

Hey, Yu ... If i die ... will you cry for me? 

Mayu again be reminded of the question. And she also remembers the answer to that question anyway. Because the person who asked the question is still the same person. And though the question had been translated into other languages too, the answers that Mayu give will never change. 

Ah ... what’s… up with me?  

Mayu laugh herself in the heart. Though there was Akito in front of her. But she was remembered about the other people who even have ... 

Ah, forget it! 

Mayu stoped her laugh in her heart and tried to more focus to Akito. Especially considering that they are not often able to meet like this. So, instead of the day was over in vain, it was better to ignore for a moment all the problems that were not associated with Akito's. After all, she came here to have fun with Akito. Not with other! 

Yes! Right! Have fun!

Mayu strengthen the statement of her heart. And she eventually give a more sincere smile and said, "Ah, well ... well ... just forget about the laundry. After all, there can be dried again later.”

"Hhh ... i really dont know how to say about you now..."

Mayu just laughed.

"Stop laughing!"

This time Mayu putted a smiley face.

"And stop smiling like that! Your smile can empty my wallet, you know!" 

"Why? What's wrong with my smile? This smile even never have a thought to steal your Rupiahs, you know?" 

"Yes! But in everytime i see this smile... I actually become more hungry and add orders! What the hell?! Why even this simple can’t you understand, huh!"

"Nah~ thats your bussiness ...! Just be honest and tell that you’re hungry ... Dont blame people’s smile ..." 

"Sorry, I don’t accept complaints, especially from you." Akito refused and used serious face.

 But in the end, they end up laughing together.

"Ah, Na ... you're really ..."

"Well, you're just the same, right?"
