Part 3 – Akito’s Dilemma

Akito smiled and felt relieved. Mayu looked in the good mood and still have her silly there. Usually it's a sign that she was fine. And although as usual Mayu was the type to be read as a person who likes to keep secrets and the burden alone, which who knows what secrets and burden that were, but if we could see her to laugh so happy like that, it should not problem.

It's just ...

But may be, actually, who have a big problem here is not Mayu but herself. Precisely in terms of hiding 'something' behind her friend.

Akito was just resigned to just follow her. But she still wondered, what would Mayu thought about it later,if she knew that this child, without her knowledge, come to here and even intend to see her later for surprise.

Would Mayu be surprised?

Would Mayu be happy?

Or even disappointed?

Maybe ...

Because both of them hide this from Mayu quietly. Even in a recent conversation in their chat rooms, they did not mention or even gave any clues about this to Mayu. If ... this kid ...who they knew from the net... will come to visit this town like this and ...

Akito easily be persuaded to be asked for her original face images without the hassle. Akito sometimes even using her original picture as well as the profile picture on her account. So even without being asked, Karin was able to know how the real face of Akito becomes.

But Karin has not shifted one step from her position, she saw Mayu suddenly raised her eyes and turned to the waiter at her side who had just arrived with the order. And because the waiter was standing back to their positions, then Karin would also see Mayu's face more clearly.

After Akito went to Mayu alone, Karin also took a seat in the other café which near to the café where Mayu and Akito are now. She took a safe position out of sight but still easy for her to still be watching them from a distance. At a minimum, even if she is willing for eyes to eyes with Akito, she still could.

Karin sighed heavily.

Oh, God ... You must be kidding, right?

She felt so confuse every time she stare a glance at those in the café next door.

She even hopes that this is merely a mere hallucination. Even a dream will be not bad too for her. And once awakened, she was still on her comfortable bed, in her beloved room, and even now, do not know why, but she even missed her lovely country. Not here, in this place.
